If you can get your nutrition right, then chances are your living a healthy life in a healthy body - there is no point spending hours in the gym if you then simply eat processed microwave meals.

Natural fresh foods that come from the ground or the trees are what you want to eat - foods out of plastic containers that are laced with preservatives should be avoided.
